In the online meeting, we will present the results of the Erasmus+ project Teachers as Leaders and Trendsetters of Changing.
The project involves European partners from Krakow (Poland), Sibiu (Romania), Lamia (Greece), Sofia (Bulgaria) and Ankara (Turkey) and aims to promote the role of the teacher leader and to develop courses for teachers.
The aim of the project is to promote and support teacher leadership in order to improve teaching and learning by:
- develop the concept/model of teachers – leaders as “agents of change trendsetters” (Handbook – Intellectual Output No. 1 and Set Standards for Teachers – Leaders – Intellectual Output No. 2);
- develop the high-quality training to develop passionate, effective teachers – leaders (Training Kit – Intellectual Output No. 3);
- sharing the knowledge about the teachers – leaders model and experience from the project activities with schools’ staff, educational authorities, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
