This presentation was born as a pilot phase of a European project of which Europass Teacher Academy is a partner.
The project entitled Teachers as Leaders and Trendsetters of Changing involves European partners from Krakow (Poland), Sibiu (Romania), Lamia (Greece), Sofia (Bulgaria) and Ankara (Turkey) and aims to promote the role of the teacher leader and to develop courses for teachers.
One of the main results of this project will be a manual that will be available to all educators who wish to develop leadership skills to improve themselves and their school environment.
In this pilot phase, your feedback is very important in order for us to understand how we can improve this training session.
At the moment this only concerns the specific module which we at Europass Teacher Academy have created.
Your help is essential for us to complete this phase of the project.
